Ok , there is no as such problem with my communication skills but i would really like to know what are the dont's and do's . Thanks for helping me out.

well u should pay attention when the other person is talking. don't cut the other person while he is talking. listen very attentively. ask appropriate questions. don't repeat yourself over and over again. respond directly to the question asked. if u don't understand a word don't try to guess because it might change the meaning of the question. u should ask the person to repeat or to explain what he/she meant by that. and please use proper English, no slang, no man , no yo. u know keep it casual.

Talk, but don't over talk.......Meaningless conversations are boring, so try not to talk about "just any thing". Be a good listener by allowing the other person to talk too! Good communication is a skill that takes time. You also need to listen to yourself. Correct things you say and do that can be annoying to others. Hope this helps.

there is to parts to communication. talking nad the more important one listening. anyone can be good at talking try to be good at listening. some times people dont need advice on anything witht heir problems they just need someone to listen to them.
