i have a rubber strip under my garage door that is suppose to keep water from getting in, but it still does. The door is on a garage door opener and seems to be real tight to the floor. But water still gets in and freezes. I know how to get it unfroze., I've learned but would like to eliminate the problem. Any suggestions?
