Your facial acne is a temporary thing ... caused by the hormones coursing through your blood thanks to that lovely bundle you're carrying. The acne will hopefully fade within a few months of birth. As for dry skin, try using lotions with Shea butter in them, and also try using a humidifier in your bedroom at night.

Washing it too much will dry it out even more. Find a good moisturizer for sensitive skin (pregnancy can make you prone to acne) use in the morning before applying makeup and then again after washing your face at night. I am a big fan of Estee lauder moisturizer, but there are many Wal-Mart type brands that will work just as well

Very common, it's the hormones in your body. Try a mild cleanser for dry skin. Invest in a good lotion designed also for dry skin, stay away from lotion with acylic acid(however you spell it)

Your baby takes allot from your body! Drink lots of water, sounds like you may be dehydrated a bit. Also try washing your face less often so the natural oils on your face can remain, and use a mild moisturizer.

I have used Mary Kay cleanser and moisturizer, and I still have a little dryness, but I ran out and had to use Neutrogena and it was awful! The Mary Kay moisturizer cream WORKS WONDERS!
