It first has to be considered Civilized in order to fall from it. The west has not fulfilled the requirements of CIVIL ization. It still promotes Darwin's survival of the financially fittest while of course, Preaching Creationism. (This is good example of western Cretinism at its best) It's a jungle and Civil has not entered the West yet. When it falls it won't be falling from being Civil. It could be a fall from Evilization.

People are losing their common sense and ability to reason, not to mention their morality. Just read about some lawsuits... a guy broke into a house and was taking stuff out when he tripped on the stairs - then he sued for negligence. And won.
