ginger ale
ginger candies
ginger cookies
lemonade
lemon popsicles
Preggo pops
suck on peppermints
drink peppermint tea
Keep something on your tummy at all times. Letting your tummy get empty makes you more likely to get nausious. Keep some saltines or cereal bars or something in your purse. Keep crackers on your bedside table. If you wake at night, eat a couple. Have hubby bring you a snack before you even get out of bed in the morning. Protein foods can also help. Carry a handkerchief that has been sprinkled with peppermint essential oil. (Put it into a ziplock bag in your purse.) Sniff it if you feel queasy.

I am pregnant with my third and each pregnancy has been worse with the morning sickness. I actually walked into the hospital to have my first two weighing less than my first OB appointments. This one is by far the worst, even prescription medicine isn't helping. Make sure you take your Prenatal vitamin, even though they are really horrible (try taking it at night before bed), and even one calorie down counts so just try nibbling all day, get help (just ask, no one will mind), have someone else clean, cook, and take care of any other little ones, rest, rest, rest. Sleeping and resting more means using fewer calories. Both my boys were born healthy and strong and the strong hormones that cause morning sickness also mean that you are unlikely to have a miscarriage or a lot of other complications (try to remember that while worshipping at the porcelain god, it does help a little). Try the tricks that the books say, like keeping snacks by the bed and eating a little before getting up, eating high protein snacks before bed and anything with ginger in it can help with nausea too.
It may sounds like forever but even if your morning sickness doesn't go away until you deliver, it is only 40 weeks for a lifetime of kisses, cuddles, and joy. I do hope it eases up for you. Good luck!

I had really awful morning sickness with my first child until about 26 weeks. Some things that I noticed helped were:
1. Don't let yourself get too hungry. If your stomach is empty you will get sick. So eat small meals often.
2. Preggo pops are great and often help when you feel it coming on. Peppermint candies help too!
3. Get more sleep. I always got more sick when I was tired. Try taking a nap in the afternoon if you can.
4. Try to eat a high protein snack in the middle of the night. I would keep peanut butter crackers on the shelf in my bathroom and have a few when I had to pee in the middle of the night.
5. B6 vitamins
I tried a lot of the motion sickness bands, magnet things and they never helped. The best thing I can say is eventually it will pass and you may not have it with your next pregnancy (I had almost none witth my secod child).

I had morning sickness well into my 14th week. My mom sent me part of an article that was written by an Ob-Gyn that said it is the need for sugar in your body. The baby takes away a lot of your proteins, sugars and minerals. It said to have plenty of little snacks a day, specially fruits cause they have natural sugars. Snack often on fruits since the regular foods make you ill. I ate watermelon and grapes like they were going out of style and it worked for me. Hope you get over it. Good luck!

There are many drugs that can help you but you have to see your doctor. One is called Reglan but it may pose a risk to your unborn baby. There is another one called Zofran and it is safer than Reglan but very expensive at $750 for 20 pills. Most insurance limits how many Zofran you can get.
There are over the counter remedies, preggo pops, sea sickness wrist bands made help. Oddly enough, popsicles and frosted miniwheats really helped my morning sickness as well as applesauce. It is important to keep everything moving with some fiber. Your metabolism slows down with pregnancy and it is possible that you feel sick because things have really slowed down for you.
Morning sickness usually gets better around 12-14 weeks but I see you are farther along than that. If I were you, I would see your doctor for some extra help. You don't want to get dehydrated.

Keep some cans of ginger ale and packs of saltine crackers by your bed side. Before your feet hit the floor, nibble on the crackers, sip the ginger ale, and allow your stomach to settle a bit.
You might also want to invest in a Sea-Band - it's to help with sea sickness but has also been recommended for morning sickness.
If all else fails - check with your doctor to see what they can do for you.

I had a little morning "chaser" I'd take when I woke up and felt nausea setting in-
2 tums, followed by sips of water and then a cracker or two. If you don't want to take tums every day (I wouldn't) then keep some Preggie-pops on your night stand too- you can buy them from Motherhood and Babies r Us, they are little hard candies that have ginger in them- calms your tummy right down! I promise!
I hope this helps you- Don't worry, it'll get better!!

My mother's friend always ate apples when she felt like she was getting ready to get sick, and that helped most of the time. Maybe eat more bread? I'm not sure, but I hope this works. I hope your morning sickness fades away soon! : )

Raspberry tea is supposed to help with morning sickness. Also, don't let your stomach get empty; snack throughout the day.
