Please don't have an abortion because you want to go to law school and party and have a great time.
I am a mother working full time, and going to med school.
Maybe you could bless a couple with the baby they've always wanted but could never have.

You should tell him....I'm not against abortion, but to say because your starting law school you dont want to have it is wrong. You made the decison on weither or not to have safe sex, that baby aint have a say in ****. You need to consider maybe pushing law school back."EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON".
Law school will always be around as long as theres an judical system...But a childs birth is a precious gift. Dont throw a life away.

I really hate to judge, but you should have thought about law school before you got pregnant! If you knew that you didn't want kids just yet, then you should have used contraceptive methods. At this point, it would be unfair to all parties to use abortion as birth control - that isn't the purpose of the procedure.
Abortion will haunt you for a long time, I know; I was forced my my boyfriend at the time, my mom and my sister into having one when I was 19. I am still pro-choice, but I disagree with using abortion instead of birth control pills.
In legal talk--- you did the crime, now do the time!

Yes you should tell him....he has the right to know. I assume you are planning on aborting? If that is case.....try some sort of birth control next time. I mean if you were able to get into law school surely you know how babies are made!

i am a mother myself and was not married when i got pregnant with my daughter. i am still with the same guy now and we are married but i never would have thought of not telling him. i believe the father has as much right to the baby as the mother does and you need to tell him and make the final decision together. if you don't want to keep the baby after it is born then maybe he will and you can sign legal custody over to him, but he deserves to know that you are carrying his child and have some say in what you do. but you should tell him how you feel and maybe you can come up with something you both agree on. good luck!

You should tell him and be honest about it. You'd be surprised how quickly some people will change their minds about their views when they are put in a position they thought they would never actually be in. There is a big difference from the hypothetical and reality.
If anything - you ultimately have the final say - but you really should discuss it with your partner.

He has a right to know weither he is or not the father. If he's is you should go on and tell him. He helped you get pregnant and you should have the right of telling him that you are pregnant. Good Luck

He has the right to know. It isn't fair to keep something like this from him. And besides this baby needs a chance. If you are responsible enough to have sex then you need to take responsiblity for this baby.
Tell him!

It's really up to you. You can tell him, and discuss your options. Or you can get an abortion and he would never know. But I think that he has a right to know, afterall it is his baby too. Just follow your heart.

Hmmm...that's tough, but he does have the right to know...it is his child too. Unfortunately, the decision on wether to keep it or not is really out of his control and placed solely on you. Give it a lot of thought. If you plan to stay with him and your relationship is headed in a very permanent direction, it wouldn't be right to start off with such lies, deception and dishonesty.
Good luck.
