My fiance and I are trying to concieve and have been for several months..... I am 35 yrs old and already have two children.... 15 and 9 yrs.... however, my pms signs sometimes are alot like pregnancy signs..... Every time I am about to start I usually have cramps.... but I was wondering if anyone can give me some insight on whether or not you can have period like cramps if you are pregnant...... I just don't remember having this with my other two children.... Also, my breast are always tender before I start, however this month my nipples are very tender...... Thanks for any and all advice given... and God Bless you all.....

I know my pms has changed with the years too.

Best way is to get those "ovulation prediction" kits. Try that for a couple of months.

Best of luck for #3!

Nipple tenderness is a sign of pregnancy, so is mild cramping.
A recommendation I was given on guaranteed conception was to have sex about 10 days after your period starts....

Good Luck!!

nipples get sore and areola gets darker in color when you are preggo.....
my cousin had blood work for some health related issue... and she was having her period at the time the blood was drawn...
At her DR's appointment a week later to go over the results from the blood work she was told she was preggo.... for the next couple months after being told she was preggo she still had her period with cramps and everything her periods finally stopped after 2 cycles.

I spent the whole week of my period waiting for it to come because it seriously felt like it was coming!

But it didn't. Pregnancy symptoms are very much like PMS.

Yes you can. I did until I was about 9 weeks along. It is normal. Your body stretches to accommodate the baby. I hope your pregnant. Good luck and BABY DUST FOR YOU!!!

You could determine exactly when you're ovulating. Here's some guidelines:
