yes, that is just the way it is. but you get to choose which way that you want to go. for some,they are happy to let decisions be made
for them. others could never have someone guide their destiny.

There are many types of people, and often very competant people don't have the ability to see where a need is and others have the ability to see needs or come up with ideas but can't implement them.
