I want to know if you are the head coach of a team, and you have a rookie QB, what is the first advice you give to him?
Mine is: Dont throw anywhere close to Champ Bailey
PS: This is not a joke, i mean it, so please dont wise-crack it.

My advice: In order to have success, you must be adept at reading defenses. By earning the trust of your offensive unit and acknowledging those with experience, you will learn to develop leadership skills necessary for the skilled position. Study the plays as you would with a textbook so you can slow the game down once you're out on the field.

you must play on instinct. You cant think about a throw before you throw it because it is too late. I was a Qb all through school and 1 year in college. Thats the main thing that i learned through experience. I thought about passes before i passed and it was too late by the time i finally thought and threw.
