What can i do i am still at school and can't take tablets?

if you have serious pain every time you have your period, then you need to talk to the school nurse, i had this same problem, they allowed my parents to bring a bottle of midol, tylenol, whatever works for you, up there & keep on hand for me.... that way, if you're hurting bad, just ask to go to the nurse & he/she can give you a pill...... i also had a friend that had major problems with her periods, pain & all, her doc had to put her on birth control pills (not because she was sexually active, i don't know if she was or not, but to help regulate her periods) life was a lot easier for her once she got put on the pill....... so check out these options & do what works best for you
