Yes if your boss is being a jerk you have to respect him. No matter what the situation is or how frustrating it is to you, you are the person who has to remain in control in order to stay in your job. I learned this from a lecture my 11th grade ACE teacher gave me.

Nope. Respect and trust are earned things. If everyone else feels the same as you do about your boss. It will show, and he won't be there much longer.

My boss is an idiot. I think he's gonna get fired soon. I have had some respect for bosses that were "jerkish".
