i been serching everywere on web but noting i need help

You'll need to use Director, Flash, or Java. If you have no programming experience you're better off using Flash. It's not free though.

well.. u can't really make a internet game (neither any other) unless u don't know anything about programming. i would say, start with flash, learn the basic of animating and designing in flash, go for actionscript 2.0 and then after that make games.
Note: the process might not be easy. so... relax and be patient.

You said "make" so Java or Flash would be your best choices,
