Wow Rawalt is a b*tch. Anyway, does she complain about it and then actually study? I know I whine about studying plenty but I get it done. Who LIKES studying anyway. BUT it has to get done. It doesn't mean she's lazy, I understand you have to be in a pretty good mindset to really buckle down and get some serious studying done. Everyone whines now and then, college age, older, or younger. It's like a last resort, I have nothing else to do so I'll whine about what I have to do...and then do it.
If she DOESN'T study and just whines about it, well then she's an idiot.

Most people dont really "like" to study...it is easy to put off till tomorrow what can be done today :)
Also keep in mind that some people actaully perform better under pressure. I never liked to study too far in advanced...i felt i might forget things by the time the test came around and once i realized the test was almost here i was more motivated to really get down to business and study.
It all depends on your own studying style

If a college student is still at the whining stage, its not a question of laziness, but immaturity.
Mommy and Daddy will not be able to bail you out if you don't want to study, but they might not want to continually foot the bill for a lazy slacker.
Think about cracking open a book, every chance you get.

i think it means that they are not taking the responsibility of college very serious. alot of young students do that. they put parting and having a good time before their studies. i was that way when i was younger. now that i am older and returning to school after working some crappy jobs. i understand how important an education is. she is like most young students, immature.
she needs to get out in the real world and see what it is like working without a degree.

10-15% failure is somewhat not that best in nursing. in case you bypass to the dean she is basically going to lower back up your professor. i think of nursing professors try this as a results of fact they experience like they're making waiting you for the authentic worldwide of an RN. they have all worked in hospitals and comprehend what a decrease throat, annoying, demanding atmosphere and thankless interest nursing extremely is interior the authentic worldwide. that's basically her way of attempting to coach you. without telling you she is pushing you all on your limits to make certain the kind you will take care of it. i will inform you that complaining to the dean of nursing or the college isn't the respond. you're under pressure some fricken grade. What are you going to do in a real existence and loss of life situation, buckle down and take care of it or run to somebody else so they're able to restoration it? Nurses that run removed from the annoying circumstances value affected person's their lives. extra helpful to bathe out now then to cost somebody their existence. With all your whining i don't get a feeling which you recognize the gravity of the circumstances you will finally end up in as an RN. you ought to not be concentrated on the place to hold your courtroom situations, extremely you will desire to make certain a thank you to extra helpful practice to your assessments. She is "including lots extra advantageous than taught" as a results of fact as a senior she expects you to be conscious your expertise not regurgitate it! sturdy luck.

When I went to college in my younger years I had similar problem. I 'd find some excuse and didn't study. I had a 2.65 GPA. Twenty years later I went back to school and took much harder subjects. Then I had a 3.7 GPA. I learned to be responsible.

We all hate to do the things we don't like (studying, mowing the grass, dishes, laundry, etc.). The difference between a "child" (not necessarily age) and an adult is that we do what is required, even if it's difficult or no fun, to get the results WE want.
Perhaps your "friend" really doesn't want to be in school, but is trying to please someone else.
