in mp3 or .cd or wma we can get two channel output ie. "sterio" but i need six channel out put media format which one that. can any boy give me such type of file

You will need to use a multitrack recording program like CoolEdit Pro. AAC format supports up to 48 channels and would probably be your type of file of choice for what you're wanting to do.
