Hello and congrats!
I used cocoa butter lotion with aloe and vitamin E, but still got plenty of stretch marks. My doctor told me it's all in your genes, so it doesn't matter how much lotion you apply. If you're genetically destined to get them, you'll get them
However, the cocoa butter did make my skin less dry and itchy, but I think any lotion you're using now will have the same effect.

Different things work for different people...or so they say. You really can't be sure if it is the lotion they are using....or if they are just one of the lucky ones!
I personally used a body butter instead of lotion....it is thicker and holds moisture longer. I already had stretch marks from my first child and they continued to get worse with the next one, but with this pregnancy, even the old ones didn't turn pink at all and they didn't get any worse.
Bath and Body Works has some great scents and they also have them with Vitamin E and Cocoa butter.
Good luck and Congrats!

You can use about any kind of lotion that has aloe vera and vitamin e in it. The cheap brands will work just as good as the expensive stuff. I also use a body wash that has aloe vera and vitamin e in it (cheap stuff too). The body wash helps so I don't have to use lotion all the time.

Stretch marks are hereditary, so no amount of lotion is going to prevent them. I just used a good moisturizing lotion when I was pregnant. I never got stretch marks, but my mother didn't either.

Your dermis is going to do what it does. it somewhat is lots to do with genetics and how speedy issues replace to your abdomen. I basically have been given an exceedingly few on my decrease ideal area- the place infant enjoyed to place and that they got here in the process one specific week. not something after that. My sister, like my mom, have been given a maze of them around the tummy. Cocoa butter is somewhat large yet you will desire to purchase the a hundred% stuff not basically cream with some in it. bypass to the "black" skincare section or grooming section on your community huge field shop. there will be countless kinds to make a call from (tube, bar, cream) and it somewhat is going to be lots low-value than going to a boutique for a stick of mummy tummy stuff that's not completely what you want. consume nicely, lots of water and walk.
