Some tricks I've used over the years.

1. Get up really early and avoid napping during the day...by the time bedtime rolls around you should be very sleepy.
2. Stay very active during the day.
3. Get a fan or something that can make "white noise" in your bedroom.
4. Make your bed room a little chilly and cover up in your bed and get nice and toasty.
5. By some of the over the counter lotions that moisturize and heal the skin (usually it'll have cucumbers extract).
6. Get a wash cloth and either get it cold with water or even put an ice cube in it and hold it on each eye for about 10 minutes each.

Anyway...hope that helps some.

firstly how do you get to sleep? try not to drink any tea or coffee at least an hour before. also have a relaxing bath with scented candles and jump straight out of the bath into bed. if all else fails theres always pile cream honestly give it a go you wont believe it. good luck! XX

There are eye creams you can buy from almost any beauty or cosmetic shops such as beauty. The ones you can keep in the fridge are the best, they feel really fresh in the morning, but you can use it at night aswell so it reduces the darkness of the bags by the morning. Good Luck! :)

Preparation H cream for piles (!) is very good used in small quantities. It actually tightens up the skin a bit you could also use a really good concealer like touche eclat around £20 but lasts forever

to help go to sleep try turning on some peaceful music and sitting in a dark room until you feel sleepy. or even leave the music on while you go to sleep. maybe try reading for a while until you get sleepy. you could also see your doctor for a prescription for a sleep aid if it gets that bad.

for the bags, try soaking a tea bag to moisten it and lie them on your eyes for a while. fresh cucumber slices also help. there are also products on the market, creams and such, that you can rub on that may help.

I think the Preparation-H idea is the best. Many bodybuilders use it on the abdominal region right before a show because it temporarily helps reduce water retention.

You may want to speak to your doctor about getting something to help you fall alseep. There are medicines that are non habit forming to help you fall asleep. Also try getting more exercise during your day.
