Are you trying to simplify this?
(4LO-O*O) is O(4L-O)

the denominator is 6/v*9*1/(e*e)*1/9 and immediately we can see that 9 and 1/9 cancel, so we have
6/[v*e*e]

so the entire equation simplifies, but not very much, to
O(4L-O)*(v*e^2)/6
