need to find one equus rim?????

I need to buy a new Equus rim for my car, but i can't find the information on which model it is. i bought the car used with the rims already on it. so where on the rim would it say the model of it????

your going to need a catalog to match it or try hubcap city its in linden utah you may need to send them a pic of the old one
