A blend of peppermint, lavender and eucalyptus would be your best bet. Put a couple of drops of each into a few ounces of jojoba oil (if you can't get jojoba oil, any pure vegetable oil will do). Then just massage the oil into your cheekbone, temple and forehead, as well as into those notches on either side of your neck right where your neck meets your scalp (where it feels oohhh so good to rub).
Be careful not to get the oil into your eyes because of the peppermint and eucalyptus!
Lavender is fantastic for all sorts of stuff, including pain. Peppermint helps with headaches and sinus pressure, and eucalyptus helps with sinus pressure and congestion.
If you can, lie down with a cool cloth or a refrigerated eye pillow in a darkened room and relax 'til the headache gets better.
Best of luck!

Eucalyptus would be great for the sinus pressure. It will help your sinus' open and drain. Once that happens, the pain and headache should go away. Lavender will help you rest and relax which you'll need to heal.....

Consider the time of year and climate. Often, people get sinus headaches that can last for months that are caused by the weather. For one, I am affected by high pressure systems and moisture in the air. This can mean that I get headaches when it snows in January or when it won't stop raining in April or anywhere in between. Medicine doesn't help me, I have to wait it out.

Rosemary is very effective for sinus, especially in case of infection. (contraindicated in hypertension) Lavender will alleviate swelling. I like to use a bit of peppermint with the lavender if I have a headache.
I've read that Basil is good for sinusitis, although I've never used it. Eucalyptus is good if there is a lot of phlegm.

When I get a cold and have sinus pressure or an ear infection I use something called sun breeze. It's a Sunrider product. You can order it offline if you can't find it at your local health food store. I put it in my tea also. It helps when you are congested. Good luck!
