I don't know if this will help, this is from a dream interpretation book, Understanding the dreams you dream by Ira Milligan. Spiders = sin, deception, false doctrine, temptation, proverbs 30:24 and 28, Ecclesiastes 7:26, it could just be a coincidence or you had a spider nest hatch all its baby spiders.

The French have a superstition that if you see a spider in the daytime, it's bad luck, if you see one at night, it's good luck- if you're seeing them day and night, that could mean you'll never know the difference, they'll cancel each other out.
Life is as normal.

You could get superstitious and say that the END IS NEAR when the "meek" start inheriting the earth. Or you could figure that it probably rained/snowed last night and the spiders had to get out of thier dens.

It probably means there is a lot of moisture near and the spiders are trying to get water
