i have to gentically modify an organism, and i wanted to do somethign with vitamin C, what kind of food has the least amount of vitamin C in it ?thankss!

If you're only talking about food from organisms, animal products are your best bet because most plants have at least some vitamin C. Animal livers provide vitamin C, but most of their meat and eggs do not.

I would say 'dirt'. There can't be much vitamin C in that.

There is, however, plenty of minerals in it.
