The Sumerian civilization based around Ur. This was located in Iraq. The odd thing about the civilization was it really doesn't have any antecedents that we have dug up yet. It's writings and buildings just appear on the archaeological record. It was also the home of Abram who was the Father of of the monotheistic religions.
If you mean the oldest extant civilization then you must refer to the Chinese. They do seem to have invented most everything.
The oldest religion was either shamanism or a goddess worship as portrayed by the clay "Venus" figures .
Of the three monotheistic religions Judaism is oldest then Christianity and finally Islam if you use the dates of their revelation.

The oldest civilised society was in the north of Africa in the are we now call Egypt and the Middle East.
It is still a matter of debate who came first the Sumerian culture or the Ancient Egyptian culture.
Very little is known about the Sumerian civilisation in comparison to our knowledge of the Ancient Egyptians.
There was only a matter of a few hundred years between the start of both civilisations. The Ancient Egyptian have left us proof that they moved from the hunter gatherer stage to farming,(which defines civilisation)by at least 4.500 B.C maybe even earlier.
The remains of circular burial pits have been dated from that era.
As well as pottery finds and remains of permanent structures, proving they had reached the stage of organised society.
They reached the stage of building the Pyramids by 3.500B.C.
By this time they also were trading with other evolving civilisations and had developed mathematics, astronomy a written language and many other skills.
The Ancient Egyptian civilisation lasted up until the invasion of the Romans and in that time they mastered many things that even today scientists have not been able to successfully repeat.
An example is the art of mummification.

It depends on how you define civilization. If you define it as a group of people who live in cities, then that would be the Sumerians, who lived in Southern Iraq, near Basrah, about 5000 years ago.

If you are talking about the computer game by Sid Meier, it came out in 1991.

As for the oldest religion, that is probably Hinduism, as we know the dates of the founding of most other major religions but hinduism seems to have no beginning.

The oldest living civilization has to be china, it goes back over 3000 years.
Egyptian HISTORY goes back further, but its a mcu different culture, there are no more mummys, pharohs or obelisks because of the rise of Islam. The same applys to Mesopotamia.
