As in super humans?
Here is the definition to inhuman:
in·hu·man (n-hymn)
adj.
1.
a. Lacking kindness, pity, or compassion; cruel. See Synonyms at cruel.
b. Deficient in emotional warmth; cold.
2. Not suited for human needs: an inhuman environment.
3. Not of ordinary human form; monstrous.
So what exactly are you talking about here? Aliens formed like humans? Super humans? Cruel people?

The obvious answer is that inhuman beings would be living organisms that are not human.
But I also agree that there are some very inhuman humans on this planet like murderers, rapists, child molestors, Saddam etc, like the first answerer mentioned. Sad but true.

inhumans are...not humans, so they're animals/plants or really anything except for humans
