The best way is to download Ccleaner here http://bitly.com/UrALrK
Or you can go on Windows operating system locate the command prompt and go there to do the following:
Create a Recovery file of system and date it today.
Then begin by;
delete the 'Temp' folders..they have hidden subfolders so you need to set the attributes in order to bypass this. For each subfolder delete all cookies and rubbish left behnd after install-uninstalled programs. Do a 'dir' command to check your progress. Make sure the 'Temp' file is empty.
goto c:\windows\prefetch and delete everything in there..no exceptions
goto c:\windows folder and delete all the '$' files that have been installed by updates. They can all be succesfully deleted and just take up disk space.
Locate the Internet Temporary Files..Check to see how high the saving level is..some have it set at 30 days..but that stores faaaar tooo much data..though it slows down the system overal. Keep this to a minimum..suggest 2 or 5 at most.
Delete all 'cookies' all those you don't need.
Locate the windows directory and go through the folders you know and those you don't need. Check this once a week at least. Some programs will install under XP as NT and older systems where there is no check of systems weight.
Check to see that system files have not changed since last booting. Things like .ini files or .bat are important items.
Check for 'Hidden Directories' all over the disk...do this at the command prompt:
dir *.* /ah wil show these hidden directories
Check the 'dir' command for all parameters

hi Loki, i think of i comprehend precisely what's incorrect including your equipment as I had a matching concern (with the coolest same indicators) some years in the past. there is likewise a thank you to attempt it - however the undesirable information is that i think of you would be wanting a alternative portraits card. at the start, after dusting off all your components whilst the laptop is switched off (and in line with risk leaving the case open to relax it, be sure there isn't any dirt!), see if the difficulty nevertheless occurs. try it with some CPU extensive video games like Starcraft II with the portraits on low. this could tax your equipment's CPU yet not your GPU as video games like SC2 (and Minecraft to an quantity) are not large-taxing on your portraits card. i think of you will locate that those video games on low portraits settings won't truthfully reason your laptop to freeze almost as in lots of cases. somewhat, your portraits card has certainly been overheating as posts above recommend, yet after a whilst of this happening everlasting injury starts off being achieved to the portraits card. i think of the consistent freezes, extremely if it occurs while not working a interest or comparable, potential that the portraits card is inflicting a elementary hardware-appropriate crash which isn't too impressive pondering the difficulty has existed for a whilst. the ideal try, of direction, is to take your portraits card out totally and use your motherboard's on-board portraits to make certain if the crash keeps to ensue - you probably isn't waiting to play video games on any good high quality in any respect yet I guess the crashes end. Sorry for the probably undesirable information, yet i'm hoping it facilitates diagnose the difficulty. Please ultimate-answer me if i've got been of help! :-)
