My Mac is Talking like Stephen Hawking!!!!?

I was banging some crumbs out my keyboard, and now my Mac is talking like Stephen Hawking. How do I get Stephen to shut up?

You've turned Text to Speech on.

Hehe, Macs are scary as they are... yeah you probably turned on some Voice option... Windows used to have a program called MS Voice but I don't know what its equal would be on Mac. Try Accessibility Options.
