Typically in the first two weeks, you don't really feel too much. It's still a little too soon. However, the "symptoms" of pregnancy are fatigue, breast tenderness, missed period, and nausea.

some women do not have many symptoms until a bit farther down the road mine were early and consisted of leg cramps menstrual cramps implantation bleeding awful headaches (no advil) tylenol is safe, bleeding gums irritability weird dreams restlessness frequent urinating nausea extreme fatigue and i believe that covers it you may have some of these symptoms but until you know for sure live like you are pregnant no partying etc!! hope it helps

I am 28 weeks pregnant now,and all I felt was tierd besides that you MIGHT maybe have morning sickness and as odd as this might sound if you put your finger in your vagina and gently feel for your cervix it will feel softer.

hunger, sore breasts, slight cramping, could be some implantation bleeding from where the embryo is attaching to the uterus wall

I had abdominal cramping, vaginal discharge, and frequent urination. Then the fatigue kicks in......
