Would it sway your decicion to use if it was legal. Drugs have only been illegal for the last 100 years or so.

This is actually a very good question because it points out what I believe to be a major fallacy in over legislating. Just because something is legal doesn't make it right; just as something that is illegal isn't necessarily wrong. When we overlegislate people tend to abandon their personal morals for those legislated. It is perfectly legal to commit adultery but that doesn't make it right. It is illegal to smoke marijuana but I don't think it is "wrong." I wouldn't do it myself, but the fact that it is illegal is not what stops me.

Ive done many many street drugs and if they where legal i wouldnt go back to do them.... Hard drugs Coke Heroin Crack will control your life and you will lose many things you love and cherish before you even know it....The only drug that should be made legal is Marijuana for many reason that all deal with money out of my pay check like keeping people in jail the war on drugs your losing and so on

Not all of them, but some for sure and there are certainly some drugs that I think should never be legal, mainly the chemical ones that destroy your body like Meth....and the heavy duty ones like heroin, but naturally occuring drugs like pot, mushrooms or coccaine might be ok if used my a responsible person in moderation.

No, I would not use them. However, I have a problem with the government's war on drugs and the criminalization of drugs like marijuana etc.
I think the fed government needs to take a step back and allow states to decriminalize as they see fit.

In my younger years I've tried pretty much every drug except for heroin and crack and meth... Now, I only smoke pot once in a while and dont see any harm in it... Its far less harmful/dangeroush than Alcohol and Alcohol is legal...

I used to smoke marijuana and don't really see anything harmful with it, but I wouldn't smoke it anymore, I can't even stand cigarettes now, lol.
