Save it and if he ends up going to the Hall then it may be worth a good 30-40 dollars. BUT baseball cards aren't really that popular and prices are based off supply and demand. Just lettin ya know.

If I was you I would wait until the card market goes up again. When they start having card shows is a good sign. Also when he retires the value will go up. I'm a Yankee fan and you must be a Red Sox fan but I'm steering you strait. Hang on to it you will be glad you did.

sell it on ebay,
or always go to local sports collectables shop
or Pawn shop and find out.
