i want to do a house exchange with the local council but i need to know wich parts are bad andwich are good

West Yorkshire police do a great site that can tell you the levels of crime in your area. You can then compare it nationally.
I live 9 miles from Leeds & the only real problem areas that are mentioned quite ofter on the local news are Chapeltown & Harehills
