What site can I use to put my premade website on?

I have Microsoft Publisher. I wanted to know what site I can use where I can place the site that I have created on Publisher onto the actual web. I am looking for free hosting. Like Geocities, Tripod places like that.

geocities doesn't permit FTP (required to upload your site from publisher).

angelfire.com is one, geocities.com is another... there are plenty more I assume, but those are two I can think of!
