You can always try a department store, like Macy's, to try different designer's pencil skirts. If you're wear Juniors, lines like Rampage, and XOXO always sell different patterns and simple pencil skirts. However, if older, you may want to try stores like ZARA (if you're in New York), Gap, or even a discount store like H&M (if you live near one). Ann Taylor LOFT is selling pencil skirts now; if may appear to be for older women, but often times, their clothes are very comfy, as well.

The limited. No, not the limited too, the limited. This place has very fitting and nice clothes. And, dont be afraid to spend a little more money on things like a pencil skirt or a nice cropped jacket because you are able to wear thses over and over and in many different styles.

Bananna Republic, Macy's, J.C. Penney, Ann Taylor, The Limited.....And if it is something you will be wearing for years and not just a fad season you can always have it tailored to fit you perfectly. When you do that it will make it look more expensive too.
