It's easy, all you do is stretch your arms. First, you do your upper back by using your hand and reaching over your shoulder. Then you do your lower & middle back by stretching your arm from the side and rubbing your back going farther and farther up. OR
You can ask somebody you see on the road to do it for you :]
By the way, if your were traveling you would must likely be indoors (car or plane) and you would be wearing a shirt, so there's no need for it on your back.

Never mind about traveling alone!!! I live alone and one day I thought 'what the hell I will ask the milkman!!!' I did and yes he put the sun cream on my back, went back to work and had a heart attack!!! Needless to say I have never asked anyone since!!!!

Bed Bath and Beyond stores carry a product that will help. It looks like a back brush. However, at the end of the handle it has a cup with rolling balls on it. Open the cup, pour in suntan lotion. Close it and then roll away. I use it to get lotion on my back. It works great.

I always ask a really hot guy to do it for me. Thats 2 in 1....Got a good convo going with a hottie and got sun cream on my back!!!

Easy,stretch your arms and rub it in the top half of your back,then rub more sun tan oil in the middle of your back,followed by the lower half of your back. It is easy when you try.

Look around for a good looking male, wink , flicker your eye lids and ask him to help you, oh yeah make sure he's alone tho, you might end up with a right hook and on ya back by his Mrs otherwise....... hahaha that's what i would do

either ask someone or get one of those back washers from the store and dribble some lotion onto your back and rub it in with the back washer.
