Google Image Search is just another part of Google Search -- it scans the Internet looking for pictures and categorizes them based on the keywords it finds. There is no direct way to add a picture to Google Image Search. The best you can do is to place the picture and the appropriate keywords on a web page that is indexed by Google and hope that Google adds it to the index.

you cant google uses what they call search spiders i think that crawl the web for images and text, well just text and file names, no pictures are actually uploaded to google image. only a tiny preview of the image is uploaded by google. noone outside of google can upload to google images

If you mean image.google.com then you can't upload to this. It automatically indexes images from websites. To et on there supply the image to a website and wait.

Google also has a webalbums service at picasaweb.google.com this is similar to flickr or photobucket and you may be able to sign up for this

once I have been given mine pierced, my boyfriend on the time claimed that my nipples could continuously be annoying from then on. to boot having holes in them, not something approximately my nipples replaced.
