It all depends on what you are eating from McDonald's. If you are eating a healthy salad with water then yes, it is healthy for you. If you are eating the other junk (everything else), then it is bad for you. Once in while, it is OK to indulge in a hamburger and some fries but if you do it more than twice a week, it will be reflected in your weight (and overall health).

Though I wouldnt go as far as eating it for (almost) every meal, it doesnt mean that it's the end of your life- and waist. I forget where I read the article (i think it was a glamour or one of those types of magazines) but this woman went on a mcdonald's diet- ate nothing but Mickie D's for breakfast lunch dinner for a few months and actually lost weight.

Now, Im not condoning eating MCD's like you said, but the idea is this: the choices you make in your food selection dictates how healthy your meals will be. The guy from Super Size Me ate the worst food at every meal, supersizing everything. I completely see the logic that this movie puts out there, and I think it's disgusting where our nation is in regards to weight and diseases, but for most places you eat, there are always better choices (lesser of the two evils). For breakfast, have a yogurt parfait. Lunch, have a fish sandwich/grilled chicken sandwich/salads with half the dressing bag, etc. You get the point.

Absolutely not. That's a terribly unhealthy habit to get into. Having McDonald's once in a great while is fine, but 2 or 3 times a day every day is awful. Did you ever see Supersize Me? Morgan Spurlock gained 30 lbs. after eating only McDonald's for every meal for 30 days. Gaining a pound a day is NOT healthy, and by the end of his experiment, he was dangerously close to having severe long-term health problems.

yuck..thats all fat...have you seen Supersize me..that was nasty...keeps me away from fast food...i just stop by a gas station and pick up a salad or a small healthy snack when im on the go. Not only are you going to gain weight from eating mc'ds it will screw up your digestive system and make you feel horrible all the time. The US is trying to get thin..and for people to eat at Mc d's for 2-3 times a day...it wont ever happen...fast food should be banned.

Never eat there 2 or 3 times a day. It's unhealthy and shortens your life.

No it is so not good for you to eat it that much a day. It is not even good for you to eat it more than once or twice a week. Fast food has a lot of grease which can clog the arteries which can kill you. Don't want that to happen.

Whoa, honey, your butt is gonna be the size of a Texas ranch. Not to mention your poor clogged arteries. They'll be trying to get blood to your heart.... but hey, it's not gonna happen. Not with all that fat clogging them up. Heart attack waiting to happen. Make out a will.
