I am 8 days late and have taken three home preg. test and all have come up negative? Today, I began with a little lower back pain, which is very rare and a little bit of breast tenderness.

It sounds like you may be pregnant. Home tests check for HCG (pregnancy hormone) in your pee, and you may not have enough of it yet to make the test come up positive. You should call your ob/gyn

If you have had unprotected sex and are not taking any sort of contraceptive, yes, you could be pregnant. Upon occassion pregnacy tests will give a false negative, but very rarely. Most of the time if the results are false, it is a false positive. Good Luck

There's always a chance! Try waiting another week and if you don't have your period take another test. Do it first thing in the morning when you get up to have a pee. Even the faintest, faintest line is a postive. If all else fails and you still don't have your period, the Doc can tell for sure with a blood test.

you could be early in pregnancy. that happened to me but i only had one negative. stress can also cause back pain and missed periods but u should go to the doctor and check!
