Cotton, definitely. It's natural so it is more porous and therefore breathes better. Polyester is synthetic and can be really hot in the summer.

That is easy.. COTTON is much better.. When I travel to HOT climates.. I NEVER NEVER take any clothes that are polyester because it causes tremendous sweating.. polyester does NOT breath

COTTON The fabric of your life...breathe...it's a natural fiber, polyestor is synthetic yuck!

there's no competition cotton, for instance polyester sheets will go bobbly within 12 months, whereas cotton won't.
