Start with getting some really good bras that will fit you well.

Then try wearing clothes that balance out your shape so that you don't feel so self-conscious.Avoid baggy clothes as those will simply make you look heavy. Wide shoulder straps help to create balance, as well as jackets and layers. I also think dark colors on top, light on the bottom may help. Wear vertical stripes and avoid outfits that accentuate your curves. Popular fashion magazines always have "clothes for your body" articles that may give you some good ideas. Also, go to a boutique and tell the salesperson you'd like clothes to help balance your figure. Any good salesperson should be able to help.

Finally, revel in the fact that this is your problem! You're very fortunate and many women would want this one. Of course, the grass is always greener.

Hey,I have some words of advice for you...I know what you are talking about as I am a 34JJ...!
Firstly go and get yourself professionally measured at a good lingerie store..38-40 sounds too big for your frame...if your bra rides up at the back and the shoulderstraps hurt then u definitely need a smaller back size(the cupsize may end up bigger, thats just the way they make them). Also,a good bra that is the right size for you will make you look and feel better;clothes will fit better, too.
Secondly, unless you have an excellent sports bra be careful when it comes to jogging and stuff like that..heavier breasts..more bounce...skin stretching..saggy breasts!Don't want that...:)
Thirdly, don't try and get them smaller by losing weight as you are small anyway and besides,if you are like me,the weight comes off everywhere else but the breasts..then the size difference will be even bigger.(plus, you could end up really saggy..)
Finally, enjoy your shape, don't hide yourself...many women pay for what you have. The key is to be confident and love your breasts...you won't be the only one...(!!);)
p.s.look for bras on the net...Freya is a very good manufacturer of bigger bras..and they are pretty, too.

I was a 38J and went to a 38C with breast reduction surgery back in Feb '06. I love it and would do it all over again if I had to.

http://www.breasthealthonline.com is a great site with many other women looking into a breast reduction. it has tons of information. check it out! :)

As for getting sized, DO NOT go to victoria secret! I went there and they sized me totally wrong. Try JCPenney or Nordstroms.

Other than a breast reduction, you are stuck with what you have, sorry. There is no natural way to reduce breast size.

you sound like tyra banks...pursue modeling. 5'8 is perfect for modeling.

about your bosoms, if this is a support question, go to vickies and have them fit you for one. the bras are expensive but my lil sister has dd since she was 16 and a good bra goes a long way. my other friend also has a small frame and dd's and she wears 2 bras ...a sports bra on top of a regular bra. i dont suggest that but she says its the only thing that works.

I'm not exactly sure what kind of help you are seeking

Medical advice?
Fashion advice?
Engineering advice?

Or just someone with warm hands to help hold things up?

When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.
When life gives you large breasts - well, you know the rest.

You don;t give your weight.

Since the breasts are a fat-deposit zone, losing weight could help reduce some of that size

How am I supposed to help you?

Get a bra that really fits. See a specialist.

Perhaps you can get a reduction.

I'm not suggesting it but...

When I went through annorexia, my breasts shrunk from a D to an A. I miss them now they're gone and no matter how much I eat normally they won't come back!

You sound to have a nice build. Do't mess with a good thing.
But if its causing back or heath problems see a DR.
