what is name of scanner
what is name of threat
windows defender is a reliable spyware program
maybe the other program are not reliable
give the names please

No spyware program picks up 100% of all spyware, it is best to use more than 1 because some will pick up things the others don't.
Also beware of some spyware scanners that tell you there is a problem then require you to buy the full version to remove it because a lot of times it may be made up to get you to pay.
Best free ones I use are
Spybot search and destroy
Adaware
a-squared
spywareblaster

Remove Windows defender and use Spybot and Ad Aware. They are reliable and trustworthy products that can be installed for free.

defender will look in quarantine files. delete them if you have any
