all consoles arent perfect when they come out. actually, i agree on the launch titles they've realeased. give the ps3 some time to prove its capable dont u agree? debut time is another comparison 1-2 years the 360 debuted, ps3 debuted 2months ago!

I agree, there is all this crap about how much better the xbox 360 is but its been out for more than a year now. also there has been comparisons on the graphics and the graphics supposedly look the same. but if you look at games that come out on both systems the developers aren't going to waste money to make one look better, and developers also have had much more time to use and get used to the 360's software so of coarse it will look better now although the PS3 has much more potential

Not really. The PS3 has already lost to the 360. It's got a lot of catching up to do and there are already about 6 million 360s in households just in the US. that's a large installation base for people to add a $199 HD-DVD player and have a full blown next gen system. Blu-Ray has already lost. The DVD manufacturers assocation of America has already back HD-DVD and shunned Blu-Ray. REason why? Manufacturers don't have to make hardly any changes to product HD-DVD using their current equipment, whereas Blu-Ray is very costly to produce. While the PS3 will undoubtedly produce sales and some great games. I think it's doomed to a number two status for this generation of gaming. I haven't played one, but I've seen store demos and the system seems to take a really long time to load up games. Also, in head to head tests, Blu-Ray movies look noticably worse than HD-DVD movies, no matter the HDTV you're using.

The system is powerful, but by the looks of it most people think it is a piece of you-know-what. Just look at the wii! Great system now, but at release it got nintendo sued! Same thing with the 360. Everything was bad about that, but now they are amazing!! Give PS3 a little more time, then tell people it sucks. If you still think so..

As with any new technology, there are bound to be issues. Like the xbox 360, once issues are found give the manufacturer some time to correct them. Things will work out if the product is popular.

Yea, the system is great, but I didn't buy it, it seemed the only differnce is the load times are slower, but the big possitive is 1080p and not 1080i
