White out? Is the floor finished or bare (no varnish)?
You might have to strip the floor down to bare wood and refinish it.
It isn't hard to do,but is time consuming, just doing where the spot is won't match the rest of the foor because of aging.
There should be a notice on the container for removal of white out.

White Out is the name of a specific brand of correction fluid. You "paint" it on your paper to cover a mistake.

There is a specific solvent made for that. It comes from the same company that makes the White Out. It is very difficult to find, most places do not carry it.

If you find some, be very careful with it. It is strong enough to take some finishes off. Better yet, I would scrape it off with a single edge razor blade. If you are careful and take your time, you can get it all off with almost no damage to the floor's finish.
