This story was on "Geraldo At Large" before Christmas. According to their research, there isn't a diet to improve sex other than the diet you would use to improve your general health like losing weight. Don't buy the ads you see in magazines, newspapers, etc. or the claims you see in "health food" stores. By all means don't do anything without talking to a doctor first. Some of the items they claim will improve yourself will actually kill you.

lol my hubby and I decided that "the sex diet" was indeed eating less and having more sex. The sex helps burrn the calories and thus you build more muscle. But then again, after sex, I'm pretty hungry. So eat sensibly and "exercise" more..... hehehe cut out the junk foods you eat after sex as well. eat an apple or some other kind of fruit, that will help. Good Luck!!

Better health, in general, makes you better in bed. Proven fact. So if you eat a healthy diet, you will have better sex. Exercise makes a big difference, too.

No, but if you are overweight or heavy than you should workout and eat healthy so you and your partner can enjoy it more. If your not overweight than there is no such thing.
