Barring the obvious funny sound to your question, I would have to say YES, there is other intellegent life in the universe.
It stands to reason.......there is NO WAY that humans, with their fallibilities, can be alone. We are not the only species on OUR planet, even if we consider ourselves the most evolved. Since there are levels for every form of existence, there would have to be something, somewhere, that out does Homo Sapiens.
