My wife has a friend that had implants. She had to have them taken out for medical reasons. She had a month between the time they took the old ones before they could put the new ones in. During this time she came over and showed my wife and I her boobs with no implants. Not sexy but cool I got to see my wife friends boobs. Then when she got the new implants put in she came back over and pulled up her top to showed us the improvement. Now they were sexy and she even ask if we wanted to touch them. I am married but I am a man. My wife was there but come on. I not only wanted to touch them I wanted to do all sorts of things to and with them. Why do boob implants make some ladies more likely to pull them out in front of you?

I was wondering this also, It has happened to me twice. I think they think they are more attractive now and want approval.

Those that are showing their implants (unless they are a stripper/exotic dancer) were probably insecure about their breasts prior to the surgery. The need for a positive reaction from friends (& strangers) seeing the new "Pair" is stronger than the possible embarrassment of showing them off.

Well, I guess If I got a fake foot I'd show the people closest to me. Maybe there isn't any embarrassment because she knows you and your wife and it isn't like waving them around in public amongst strangers. She probably feels like hers don't count because they are not real, so who cares if she shows them? I don't know what goes through peoples' heads. All I know is that if someone close to me got implants I'd want to feel them just out of curiosity to see how they compare to my real ones.

well, my sister has implants and she isn't like that but I think that the ladies who do do that are proud and want to show them off.
