i don't know what this word is and yahoo dictionary is gone can any one tell me what is is? i saw it in a anime it's 'whim' like the sentence said 'i gave birth to you on a whim' ??? can anyone tell me what it is please?

"On a whim" means spur of the moment, without a ton of planning, a "what the heck" decision. Interesting context, though!
