fiat panda 4x4 a year or so back. took almost 25 secs to 60mph

Either the Benz Velo, which was the first production car ever built, or possibly the Trojan 10hp. The Benz had a top speed of 12MPH, the Trojan was claimed at 15mph, but was never tested.

Or you could look at some of the old steam powered cars. If you go back to those some wouldn't even make double figures!!
