She lied before and said the paparazzi was chasing her and that's why she was driving with SP in the front seat. Made a tearful plea that they stop bugging her and then she came out and said "it was just because that's how I was raised"? Then she blamed the "no panty" incident on the fact that she doesn't know what to do with "new found freedom"? Neither one of them should be allowed to keep the kids! Where is social services? Her kid sustained injury, she almost drops him while she's carrying an alcoholic drink? The list goes on and on! I think she partied too much and now her publicist is just saying "she fell asleep cuz she's sooo tired from being a good mommy" How stupid do you think the public is?

I was at a 1st birthday party for the daughter of a friend of mine. When she put her in her highchair the tray apparently didn't snap in all the way. The little girl leaned forward to reach for something and the tray popped out and she fell face first from the chair and landed on her head. Do accidents happen? Yes. Should my friend have double checked the tray? Probably..but it's something she did 3 times a day everyday so she probably didn't even think to check. Have you ever been holding a baby that suddenly threw its head back? I have. I almost dropped my baby sister that way. My point is that people make mistakes. I'm sure your parents made mistakes with you they just didn't have photographers following and documenting their every move and highlighting all the low points. Yes, the girl has made some bad choices in her life. Yes, she needs to be more careful especially since people are watching her every move. There certainly isn't anything that warrents her children being taken away from her.

She's an addict. She's a train wreck, and I can't stop staring at it. I'm a Mom, and it does make my heart break for her kids. Really, so what if Paris and Lindsay want to overdose themselves? At least there's no kids involved. Britney has abandoned her children. All I can hope is the the nannies are giving them some love.

Oh, please the tramp got drunk and passed out. And if she was so focused on being a good Mommy she wouldn't have been in Vegas in a club anyway. She would have been home with both of her children-including a newborn who needs his mother the most at that time in his life. God, Britney is a prime example of money not buying class, common sense, or sanity -or panties!

How stupid does she think people are? When was the last time you "fell asleep" in a bar. I mean come on. She just doesn't want to lose the kids so that is the best thing she could come up with.

She got wasted and passed out. A good mommy would't be out that late. That means she either left her kids with her ex hubby (big mistake....I wouldn't let Federline take care of my car, let alone my kids) or she left them with a nanny. Either way, she didn't fall asleep. She's making the story up just to try to make sure her reputation doesn't suffer any more than it already has.

leave britney alone! shes a young mum of 2 babies and is going thrugh a divorce....plus on top of all that shes one of the most famous women in the world. her kids have a good home, a loving mum and all that money can buy....that is all they can ask for. so she tripped when she was carrieng her child, and sat with her kid on her knee while driving.....who hasnt done something like that when their kids were young?? shes only human, stop expecting her to be supermum!!!

I think it's a lie. I heard two stories:
1) she was drunk and took too many drugs
2) Paris grabbed her head and stuck it in her crotch and Britney passed out from the smell

No one can say for sure unless they were there but I am willing to bet she got loaded and passed out. I have never been a fan of K-Fed. I think he should have just stuck to being a back up dancer but either way, if it were up to me, those kids would be with him right now.
