Do your own thing. Be yourself, and find ways that you can stand out for who YOU are... remember, it takes two hands to clap. If you feel left out, take the opportunity to think, what can I do to be the one everyone wants to be left in!

Be more proactive, call friends more often, be the cheerful one in the room, tell jokes... enthusiasm is infectious! People like to be around other people who make them feel good... find something to praise about others and express it.

Read "How to Win Friends & Influence People"... possibly, the best book ever written. Its no shortcut, but it talks about changing your mental mindset and how you see the world!

Start hanging around another group and this group you won't feel left out in. I'm not saying dump your other friends I'm saying get more friends that you feel good in and they accept you.

First I think I would learn how to write legibly.

Then, I would get a new set of friends. Be friendly, outgoing and be a nice person and new friends will just come your way. Be sullen, depressing and disappointed and you'll be lonely.

I would try and make new friends (join some sort of club) and then once you start doing things with your new mates as well as these mates they may realise how much you really mean when your not there.

Just imagine you never had that talk.

Don't try to fit in, just try to be yourself, and have fun!!!!!
