What is chinses food? Do you mean Chinese food? And what SHOULD you get?
Ask for a menu the next time you're out. Look it over and decide what you like. Sometimes, you can be 'bold' and order something you haven't tried before!
I like the pork and chicken dishes- but nothing too spicy. I also love won ton soup- my favorite! :)
Order with friends and then try a little from everyone dishes- sort of like a smorgasbord (but that's Swedish and I digress).

I don't know what you like, but the items that are *'d usually are quite spicy. If you like spicy I would suggest General Tso's chicken it is my personal favorite, it is both sweet and spicy. But if you don't like spicy stay away from it. If you have never had Chinese before you might want to start with something simple like fried rice or lo-mien. Read the menu well and look for ingredients you like. There is so much variety. I just happen to like it all.

Orange chicken is the usual option, and it is pretty good. Seasame chicken is another option you could try if you wanted something in the same variety but a little tastier. An egg roll/spring roll is a good side with your meal. Make sure you get fried wonton, it's delicious.
