Sure, call Cingular. They'll help you out. Just be calm and nice to them, and they'll be nice back. If you get grouchy with them, they might not be so nice back to you.
You might want to ask whoever pays for the bill if you can see the bill when you call, because they might ask for one of the numbers on the bill, so they can identify you and the phone.
Good luck!

ok...first of all relax...when you bought your card (the card which goes with your number..), it must have sth writen on it's back...not the lil card you have IN your cellphone, but the one which has your pin number on it...So..in that card, your puk number must be also writen! it is always there! Go look at it and then add some details to your question if you dont find it..and then maybe we will see what you r gonna do..Oh, and about the support stuff...just remember one thing: they are supposed to be there to support you no matter how old are you! you have bought a cellphone from their industry...They are obliged to help you!! if they dont, you have the right to complain at SAMSUNG international...not just the local phone line!!

You deactivated your SIM card. It is useless now. When you put the wrong pin number 3x it deactivates itself. You will have to get a new one. I've had 4 different cell providers and cingular is the one I've stayed with.

Umm seems like you kinda made a mistake y dont you read take out the SIM card and try to put it back in and see if that works or You will just have to go to the cingular store and get a whole new SIM card and dont mess up when you get a new SIM card. : )

Call them they are usually very nice. The phone thinks that you are someone who was trying to use it illegally, and if you explain they will help you. Or have your parents call if it is in their name, cuz they'll ask for info to verify you are who you say you are. I have had cingular for a long time and I like them.

Call them! That's what they're there for. They won't be mad, but it might take you a long time to get through all the automated stuff to talk to someone. You'll need your ph. # and probably the name of the person who opened the acct. & maybe the zip code the bill is sent to. Good luck!
