oooohh....I am 15 yrs old girl and I know this is really a big problem these days!!!!.....The best way to be confident is not to look at your fault all the time!!!..just look at your strong points!!!....I hope this helps you!!...Best Of luck buddy!!!..

Hey. My daughter was the same way she is 13. The girl is gorgeous, I don't get yall. But whatever your interests are is the type of place you should hang out and be yourself. People will actually approach you. If you like, say umm... animals, then go where the animals are. If you are not experienced with animals then start asking questions. People with the same interest will be more than happy to show their knowledge. It can be any type of interest. Be yourself and smile alot, or some might think you are pissed off or rude. My daughter would walk into a crowd with this pretty face yet with this hint of anger expression, and then wonder why no one would even look at her. They were probably scared she was gonna beat them up or something. Now she smiles like she is a millionaire and she gets approached and starred at. Now she gets mad cause they stare. Your 14. That is natural, so don't take it too hard. The best thing is to join activities where you interact with girls. It is awkward to go up to a girl and have nothing to talk about.
Plus, don't be embarassed about past mistakes, what is done is done. Turn it around and make jokes about it. Confidence remians low only if you don't encourage it and keep discouraging it.

well.. u can play football any1 can as long as your not 2 clumsy!! and anyway im a girl of 14 and i think that girls like boys cos they r funny, esay to talk to, not inmature and has a nice smile:P

variety of, in case you have self belief you will instruct others that confident, you care approximately your self, so then others will care approximately you too. in case you do no longer care approximately your self how do you assume absolutely everyone else to? it is how i see it, so in a fashion confident, self belief does.

just be yourself and don't fake it
if you know you'll be in a situation where you are able to meet girls just tell yourself "I'm going to suck up my fear and just play it off like it's no big deal." Girls will see that and think it's hot.
